Imprint explores how memory holds and distorts experience. Some moments blur over time, while others remain sharply defined, carrying every detail long after they occur.

This ongoing collaborative project examines the lasting impression left by movement and performance. Working with dancers, I create photographs that extend a moment beyond the instant in which it occurred. Through long exposure and motion, the images gather multiple moments into a single frame.

Rather than recording choreography exactly as it happens, the photographs reflect how memory functions. Some forms dissolve into motion and atmosphere, while others remain clearly present. The resulting images feel closer to recollection than documentation.

Each collaboration becomes a visual record of a shared experience. What remains is not the performance itself, but the impression it leaves behind.
